Kim Kardashian may soon take her "slaying" to new heights with the news that she and actress Emma Roberts will appear in the upcoming "American Horror Story Season 12," per CNN.

Kardashian released a short teaser trailer with a spooky cover of "Rock-a-bye, Baby" playing in the background as the names of the two actors were displayed alongside the words "are delicate." Also audible is a whisper: "Emma and Kim are delicate."

The teaser suggests we expect the next season to premiere sometime this summer.

The official Ryan Murphy Productions Instagram account also shared the same trailer. Murphy is one of the creators of the "American Horror Story" series.

"Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family," Murphy said, adding that he and Roberts will learn a lot from working with such a significant cultural icon.

He also said that the AHS12 is ambitious and unlike anything they have ever done; Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish, and ultimately terrifying character specifically for Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian and American Horror Story Season 12

The next installment, "Delicate," is based on Danielle Valentine's book "Delicate Condition," which will be released in August.

This page-turner follows a lady who is convinced that her pregnancy is being threatened, according to USA Today.

The star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" has guest-starred in various movies and TV shows, including "How I Met Your Mother," "CSI: NY," and "30 Rock," and some cameo roles.

Kardashian also appeared as a host on "Saturday Night Live" in October 2021, where she made jokes about herself and her family.

Murphy and Brad Falchuk's "American Horror Story" is renowned for often featuring guest appearances from Hollywood A-listers.

Emma Roberts will return to the franchise where she has played a leading role for four seasons, including Season 12.

Murphy's "AHS" cast includes Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Denis O'Hare, Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange, Angela Bassett, Billie Lourd, and Lady Gaga in the fifth season.

Kim Kardashian's Career

Since she last appeared in a film more than ten years ago, Kardashian's role in "American Horror Story Season 12" will undoubtedly be her most notable acting performance, Variety noted.

With this new part, Kardashian will have a more significant impact at Disney. The third season of "The Kardashians," which she and her family star in and executive produce, will premiere on Hulu next month.

"American Horror Story" can be seen on FX and streamed on Hulu.
