The next all-new episode of "Grimm" will be intense as Nick and Hank try to stop a wicked beast like no other.

During last week's episode, "Last Fight," the detectives investigated a local boxing gym that came under fire following a brutal murder. Eventually, Nick and Hank discovered that the Wesen were using their powers as an unfair advantage against unassuming humans in the ring, reports TV.com. Nick also came to the realization that living without his Grimm powers is harder than he thought.

In the upcoming episode of "Grimm," which is entitled "Dyin' on a Prayer," an ancient evil monster made up of clay will terrorize Portland. In addition, there will be hope for Adalind to escape her present situation if she can learn to her trust strangers, reports Carter Matt.

In a preview clip, Nick and Hank take a trip to a Jewish temple where a young Rabbi tells them about the Jewish folklore of a 16th century golem made from clay. Although its remains were supposed to be stored away in the attic of synagogue, they were reported missing in 1984 by a documentary film crew. As a result, the Rabbi shows the detectives an empty jar that was supposed to store the remains.

According to Dread Central, the official synopsis for "Dyin' on a Prayer" reads as follows:

"Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are called to an unusual crime scene with a victim who appears to have died from clay-induced asphyxiation. At the precinct, Wu (Reggie Lee) begins to grow more suspicious of Trubel's (guest star Jacqueline Toboni) presence.

"At the Spice Shop, Elizabeth (guest star Louise Lombard) makes a major breakthrough with regard to restoring Nick's powers, while Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) experience cultural backlash as a result of their inter-Wesen marriage. In Europe, Adalind (Claire Coffee) hopes that putting trust in her mysterious visitor will help her escape the dungeon. David Julian Hirsh guest stars; Sasha Roiz also stars."

Season 4 Episode 3 of "Grimm," "Dyin' on a Prayer," premieres on NBC on Friday, Nov. 14 at 9 p.m. ET.
