Rapper Yung Chris Allegedly Busted for Cheating in Vegas, Fiancée Leaves Him at the Altar
Rapper Yung Chris, who is also known as Christopher Miller, learned fidelity is key to a successful marriage, especially the night before your wedding, reports TMZ.
Yung Chris, 29, and his girlfriend of five years, Tia Anderson, planned to elope in Las Vegas the end of March. The couple stayed at the Bellagio and invited family and friends to join them. What should have been a romantic occasion teeming with wedded bliss turned into a nightmare for Anderson. Sources close to the rapper alleged to TMZ that Yung Chris cheated on his bride-to-be with a sexy Bellagio bartender.
Anderson caught Yung Chris flirting and "getting handsy" with the hotel bartender on Friday night. She immediately cancelled the Saturday wedding ceremony.
The father of four is reportedly telling family and friends that nothing happened between he and the bartender.
The hint of infidelity was enough to scare off Anderson, who sources say is keeping the engagement ring.
The rapper from Decatur, Georgia is best known for his hit single "Racks," which was released in 2011. "Rack" is a slang term for $1,000. The single gained momentum for two simple reasons.
"It's just a club song that everybody vibes to, moves around to," he told USA Today. "And racks, of course, is the money, so you know everybody wants money."
He performed the song at the 2011 BET Awards as an up-and-coming star. The song quickly caught on at radio stations and nightclubs. It caught the attention of record label Universal Republic, which signed him.
The official remix of "Racks" features 15 rap artists, including Nelly, B.o.B., Wale, Wiz Khalifa and Waka Flocka.
Rapping has been the Georgia native's hobby since childhood. Persistence along with confidence led Yung Chris, who also goes by YC Worldwide, to a record deal. "Anything I'm gonna try, I'm gonna succeed in, you know?" he told USA Today.
