The next episode of "Criminal Minds" will be scary and intense as the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) open up a cold case in Las Vegas in order to capture a serial killer targeting teenagers.

In last week's episode, the elite team of FBI agents tracked down a psychotic bride-to-be killer who was going after future brides when they celebrated their last moments of singlehood in Savanah, Georgia. Eventually, it was discovered that the murderer was a mentally unstable woman who owned a bridal shop.

Wednesday night's all-new episode, which is titled "Outlaw," will revolve around the investigation of a robbery and homicide case after a few restaurant workers are found dead. In order to crack the case, the BAU will open up a cold case that happened in the same New Mexico town several years ago. This implies that the perpetrator of the crime was never caught, and that solving the case could potentially provide the agents with clues as to who is behind the recent slayings.

A preview video of the upcoming episode shows Aisha Tyler's character Dr. Tara Lewis making note that all of the victims are teenagers. In addition, a man with long hair, dark sunglasses and a half skeleton mask says is shown in a clip saying, "You're next."

According to Yahoo!, the synopsis reads as follows:

"When three restaurant workers are killed in a robbery/homicide in Las Vegas, N.M., the BAU looks at a cold case that happened in the town six years ago for leads, on Criminal Minds."

In other news, AJ Cook confirmed in an Instagram photo that she will reprise her role as JJ on the series in Episode 7. She is currently out on maternity leave.

Season 11 Episode 2 of "Criminal Minds," "Outlaw," will premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
