This week, Port Charles will be in a lot of changes, especially in the lives of Sam Morgan, Jason Morgan and Liz Webber. "General Hospital" spoilers this week, Dec. 7 to Dec. 11, suggest that when Sam finally reveals the truth about Liz, Jason and Liz's relationship may be on the rocks.

According to spoilers on Soap Shows, Sam will finally find out Liz's long secret of knowing all about Jason months ago and lying to her fiancé to keep him to her side.

And since Sam wants Jason to feel sick about marrying a woman who has been lying to her all along, this week, she will finally confront Liz and reveal that she knows everything. It will be even more scandalous since Jason will be intervening with little knowledge about what he will soon find out.

The publication also reveals that Jason will first take the side of Liz because, in his eyes, his fiancé is innocent. Liz has denied all of Sam's claims about her knowing Jason's life since May. Liz will be comforted by Jason's actions. However, after a while, Jason will be bothered at the possibility that Sam is really telling the truth about Liz.

Jason will ask Sam about what she said, and when Sam reveals the truth, Jason will get angry at her and will storm off, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. Afterwards, Jason will comfort Liz, who will then break down and confess to him everything.

The news outlet further states that Liz, who remains hopeful that Jason will still love her despite her lies, will be disappointed. Jason will be furious and walk out. After the stressful confrontation, the publication reveals that Jason will then turn to an old friend, Sonny Corinthos.

Of course, the conversation between Jason and Sonny will be one to look forward to since Jason may or may not follow what Sonny has to say. The publication reveals that Sonny may or may not ask Jason to get back with Liz. He may tell Jason to take time for himself, which will leave Sam and Liz out of the picture.
