Kelly Clarkson and her family put a medieval twist on Christmas.

The "Because of You" singer opted to take her holiday Christmas card to the next level by channeling HBO hit series "Game of Thrones."

Clarkson, who is currently pregnant with her second child, unveiled the holiday greeting on social media on Tuesday. The holiday season is in full swing, but the Blackstocks have already won the award for best holiday card ever.

The photo features Clarkson in a red and white gown, standing next to husband Brandon Blackstock, who happens to be wearing a kilt. Clarkson has her arm around Blackstock's son Seth, while Brandon holds their baby girl, River Rose. Also featured in the photo is Blackstock's daughter Savannah, who bares a striking resemblance to the character Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner).

Holiday cards are typically vibrant and filled with smiles, but not this one. The Blackstocks decided to remain true to the "Game of Thrones" characters, except for a happy baby River Rose, as they each held a somber and ceremonious pose in front of a castle.

Printed on the photo, behind The Blackstocks, are the words, "Winter Is Coming." Beyond the tagline for the show, some thought this was a reference to the upcoming Season 6 premiere of "Game of Thrones." However, every true "Game of Thrones" fan knows that the new season doesn't premiere until next spring.

So, with that ruled out, others thought "Winter Is Coming" could be a hint at the name of Clarkson's bun in the oven. Winter isn't a conventional name, but Clarkson has always been one to go against the grain, so it would not be shocking if that was the baby's name. The reference to daughter River could be further evidence for this theory.

Since releasing the photo, several fans have asked Clarkson about the winter reference, but she has yet to respond.

On Instagram, one fan commented on the photo saying, "New baby...Name is Winter?"

Another fan followed suit, but this time with a suggestion on how to spell the baby's name. She wrote, "@Kellyclarkson: please if the name is what I think it is, please spell it Wynter! This is the spelling of the lead character in my YA I'm writing. Anyway love the card!!"

Clarkson revealed she is having a baby boy back in October.
