'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Teresa Giudice News: Reality TV Star Anxious For Family Celebration After Release
Teresa Giudice and her family are planning the celebration of all holidays once she is released from prison on Dec. 23.
According to Radar Online, Christmas time has always been special for the Giudices, but never before have things been quite amped up like this.
After serving out the terms of her 15-month sentence on bank fraud related charges, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is expected to finally be reunited with husband Joe and their four young daughters.
"This is going to be the last Christmas Teresa and Joe have together for four years once he goes away to prison," a source said. "But they aren't going to discuss it, and will instead focus on their time together."
Indeed, Joe Giudice is expected to begin serving out his 41-month sentence on similar charges sometime in March, but for one day at least the family plans to only focus on being together.
"Teresa won't be allowed to leave the house once she's home because she will be under house arrest until February," a source said. "But it's all the better for bonding with her family. The girls are so excited that their mom is finally coming home and are calling it a real Christmas miracle."
Word is Teresa has already instructed her girls to make sure they purchase gifts for their father and has been busy herself making some behind the walls of the Danbury Correctional facility. She's also told Joe how she wants the house decorated for her return, but before any of that knows first she has to finish up at her business at Danbury.
"Before Teresa is released, there will be a Christmas party for the inmates at Danbury Correctional Facility, and she is excited to be a part of that as well," the source said.
"Of course she is more than thrilled to be leaving, but it's also bittersweet as she has made some very good friends with the other ladies. Leaving that sisterhood is going to be hard for Teresa, especially since many of them still have years on their sentences."
