The Miami Heat are looking to carry some momentum after a comeback win on Sunday when they visit the Atlanta Hawks at the Philips Arena on Monday night. The Hawks need to bounce back after a blowout loss last Saturday and will try to defeat the Heat for the eighth straight time since Dec. 23, 2013.

It is the second of four matchups this season between the teams with Atlanta winning 98-92 last Nov. 3 at the American Airlines Arena. Jeff Teague led the Hawks against the Heat with 26 points, six rebounds and nine assists. Hassan Whiteside had a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds with four blocks for Miami.

The Heat are coming from a huge win against the Memphis Grizzlies 100-97, even though they were down 16 points at one point and trailed the entire second half. Dwyane Wade hit the go-ahead basket with 21.9 seconds remaining and Justise Winslow iced the game with two more free throws.

"Dwyane's uncanny. He can play absolutely horrible stretches of basketball and have the quickest memory, and all of a sudden get to the last two minutes and he has incredible confidence. Sometimes when you don't know where to go, that's always a great option, having a Hall of Famer," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said.

Wade had 14 points while Chris Bosh led the team in scoring 22 points. Gerald Green added 16 points off the bench and Winslow had eight points with two steals and a block. The win snapped Miami's three-game losing streak.

On the other hand, the Hawks are below their expectations after having the best record in the Eastern conference last season with a 14-11 start including a 103-78 loss against the San Antonio Spurs. Paul Millsap was the lone player for Atlanta to score in double figures.

He had 22 points, five rebounds and two assists with two steals and two blocks. "It was tough. I felt like we over thought everything on offense. We got caught into their game and nothing good happened with that," Millsap said after the game.

Jeff Teague scored a season-low of four points with three assists and five turnovers while Al Horford had nine points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. The Hawks are currently without forward Mike Scott due to a knee contusion while the Heat are without Tyler Johnson and Josh Roberts with a shoulder strain and bone bruise, respectively.
