Prince George Looks Adorable As He Mimics Prince Harry's Pose on the Way to Queen's Christmas Lunch
Prince George exuded royal cuteness, when he was photographed on his way to Buckingham Palace on Wednesday. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton's first born was riding backseat with his mother, with Prince Harry on the front, when he was snapped mimicking his Harry's pose.
Prince George looked so adorable with his chubby cheeks and curly hair looking all dressed up in a white polo shirt under a blue cardigan. A photo of the toddler shared by Mail Online shows the two-year-old facing sideways, with his hand resting on his chin. His pose somehow mimics Prince Harry's, as he too was photographed facing sideways with his hand slightly placed under his chin.
The pair was photographed as they made their way to Buckingham Palace for the Queen's annual Christmas lunch. The Duchess of Cambridge was also seated backseat beside Prince George. Kate Middleton was photographed with a big smile on her face, as she too dressed for the occasion in a red coat.
The trio took the same ride together and arrived at the palace around 12:30 p.m. to join other royal relatives in the celebration. Princess Beatrice, Zara Phillips and her husband Mike Tindall were among the guests. Kate Middleton's husband, the Duke of Cambridge Prince William, missed the event to attend the memorial service of family friend John Pelly in Mere, Wiltshire.
This is reportedly the first time Prince George was photographed in public since Kensington Palace shared his pictures with younger sister Princess Charlotte on Twitter. It would be his first time as well to join the Queen's Christmas lunch with an understanding on the importance of the festivities.
Prince William had previously said in an interview with the Big Issue magazine that Christmas this year for him and Kate Middleton will be "quite challenging," because now Prince George already understands the happenings during Christmas. The Duke of Cambridge told the publication that he is looking forward to celebrating Christmas with his family and is already anticipating Prince George's excitement.
"Well, if I get any sleep on Christmas Eve it'll be good, because George will be bouncing around like a rabbit. I think George will be extremely bouncy this year because he's suddenly worked out what Christmas is all about. So that will be two children, one who suddenly appreciates Christmas, which could be quite challenging," he said.
