Despite all the rumors of her husband's wandering ways, reports are Teresa Giudice has no plans of splitting from Joe Giudice.

Still, Radar Online reports the "Real Housewife of New Jersey" star is hoping his upcoming time behind bars may go a long way in helping him to internalize what's most important.

"She knows that he is not perfect," a source said of Joe Giudice, who has been pictured out and about with several women while his wife has been serving out her 15-month sentence on bank fraud-related charges.

"She's not perfect either," the source added. "She says nobody is perfect - but her hope is that even though he is going away, there is a silver lining that he will have some time like she did to reflect on the mistakes they've made and to work on himself to become a better person."

Teresa Giudice is slated to be released from the Danbury Correctional facility on Dec. 23, and soon after that, Joe Giudice is scheduled to commence serving out his 41-month term.

Those close to the reality star insist she's returning to her family with a new perspective on life, perhaps more committed to them than ever before.

"Joe is very thrilled to have her back in time for Christmas," the source said. "That was their dream and he misses her immensely and the kids do as well. They are all really excited."

Meanwhile, word is Teresa Giudice is planning a romantic New Year's Eve getaway for just her and her husband.

"They are planning on doing something just the two of them for New Years," a source added. "The kids will either stay with their friends or family."

Teresa Giudice has already signed on to rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives." Reports are show executives have delayed filming on the new season in hopes of being able to incorporate her in more of the scenes.
