R. Kelly's HuffPost Live appearance will go down as one of the most bizarre interviews in history.

The singer sat down with host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani Monday afternoon in what was supposed to be an interview to promote his new studio album, "The Buffet."

However, only about six minutes into their one-on-one, the interview took a drastic turn with Modarressy-Tehrani posing a series of questions to the singer about his sexual abuse allegations.

Kelly immediately became defensive and was noticeably offended by the line of questioning.

"I'm going to let you know that any other negative things that come at me as far as negativity," he said, "I'm gonna get up and I'm gonna walk out and I'm gonna go to McDonald's, hopefully the McRib is out, and I'm gonna go home to Chicago and I'm going to play me some basketball, go to the studio and, just you know, work on my next album."

But Modarressy-Tehrani continued to ask hard-hitting questions. She then went on to ask R. Kelly, "Would you say you have a healthy relationship with sex?"

"I did not come here to be interrogated. I didn't come here for a deposition," Kelly said. "Do you know what a deposition is?"

He continued, "This is a deposition. This is not about R. Kelly. This is not about music. This is about someone who works hard on his music who has an album out. This is about trying to interrogate me and this is about disrespect."

Kelly ultimately got fed up with the interview and walked off the set.

Since storming off the HuffPost Live set, Kelly's name has been trending on Twitter, with both supporters and onlookers weighing in on the drama.
