Chris Brown dealt with yet another home invasion at his Woodland Hills estate on Tuesday.

TMZ reports around 5 p.m. a woman made her way onto the premises and refused to leave after being confronted by security. Reports are the 27-year-old female waited until someone was leaving the home and rushed through the electronic gates onto the property.

She was officially taken into custody after she ignored repeated demands by security to immediately leave.

The same property was the scene of a similar incident back in July, when armed bandits stormed the home and held the "Loyal" singer's aunt at gunpoint, before making off with about $50,000 in cash and valuables.

The 26-year-old Brown is reported to have been home during the latest incident, but did not emerge to take part. Security had reportedly seen the woman lurking around the property in the past, though she was never known to be quite so aggressive.

Since being awarded joint custody of his young daughter Royalty earlier this year, Brown has been spending a lot of time with her at the residence, but it's uncertain if she was on the premises at the time of the incident.

Brown was not at home during the summer robbery, which ended with his aunt being locked in a closest and authorities arriving too late to apprehend any of the culprits.

Earlier this year, Brown also split with girlfriend Karrueche Tran, after news broke of his daughter's birth. The singer had conceived her behind Tran's back while the two were still dating.

For a while, Brown tried winning back his ex, but has since appeared to have moved on. He recently openly spoke of putting his bad boy ways behind him and finding his soulmate.
