Sofia Vergara, steamy temptress and star of the hit show "Modern Family," caused quite a stir on the internet this week after uploading a photo that shows her scantily clad figure. Despite being 40-years-old, she definitely hasn't lost her appeal.

In a picture uploaded to her WhoSay account, Vergara's ample backside can be seen in a string thong. That thong was about the only thing covering the voluptuous superstar's body. Vergara has been very candid about her appearance in the past.

"To be a pretty girl, to be a voluptuous girl, has opened many doors for me. I would be ungrateful to say it's all because of my brains and my talent," she  said, but she also stood by her belief that her brains have played a significant part in her success.

Luckily for her, Vergara really has gotten the best of both worlds, and over the years she has become an international sex symbol because of it. Despite that claim to fame, however, she notes that keeping up the appearance is not as easy as it looks.

"I mean, a normal girl will just put the dress on and leave. I need them to be like an armory," she said. "My dresses are like a work of art inside because, you know, I am 40 years old, I had a baby, and I am a 32F boob. And they are real still."

Despite their large size, Vergara is vehement that her breasts are completely real. In case anyone is to doubt her, she gives this bit of anecdotal proof:

"When they are fake, you take the bra off and they are still there, perfect! Me-no, so I have to bring them up!" Vergara added.

As for her derriere, the picture she uploaded clearly shows there is nothing fake about it. Vergara's legendary curves have certainly opened up plenty of opportunities for the model/actress. Besides working on "Modern Family," she has also lent her talents to Cover Girl and Diet Pepsi ad campaigns, working for almost 20 years as a model.
