Justin Bieber is convinced on-again, off-again flame Selena Gomez still carries a torch for him and always will.

Hollywood Life reports, during a recent "The Bert Show" radio appearance, Bieber assured hosts Bert Weiss and Kristin Klingshirn that Gomez still pined for him.

"She loves me," he said. "I love her too, always."

Yet, fans may have reason to question the couple's chances of reunion, after the 21-year-old Bieber was recently seen making out with teen model Hailey Baldwin on an exotic island. Gomez was also spied hanging out with One Direction singer Niall Horan.

Not long ago, 23-year-old Gomez was singing the same tune as Bieber, when she told Elle that she will "forever support" and love her ex. But more recently, she announced to Rolling Stone that she is "so beyond done with talking about [Bieber]."

Still, Bieber recently displayed all the signs of a jealous boyfriend when Gomez got close with model Christopher Mason in her 'Hands To Myself' music video.

Bieber was recently shown a pic of the man Gomez spends part of the video making out with, and he quickly dismissed the model as a "chump."

Bieber also added, "Who's this guy? He's a joke."

It wasn't long ago that Bieber and Gomez appeared headed for yet another reconciliation, after he was spotted serenading her with "My Girl" at the Montage Beverly Hills. The two were also spied that night packing on the PDA.

No matter how much Bieber might still feel connected to Gomez, that didn't stop him from spending New Year's Eve in Anguilla and St. Barth's with Baldwin and posting pictures on social media of the two making out.

Meanwhile, Gomez spent her New Year's Eve not far away in Costa Rico, but word is Horan was nowhere to be found. Recently, reports surfaced Bieber had been texting Horan to talk to his former friend about Gomez, but she had advised her rumored new beau to ignore all the messages.
