It looks like love is in the air yet again for 26-year-old actress Hilary Duff and her husband Mike Comrie.

Just three months ago in January the couple announced their "amicable separation" and now they're back on and working towards make their marriage work. Congrats!

So what sparked the change of heart?

Well, according to a Radar Online source, it all started with their vacation getaway to the Bahamas in February. The getaway was initially intended for the then estranged couple to discuss splitting assets and a suitable custody arrangement for their two-year-old son... but then things took a different and unexpected turn.

"Hilary and Mike hooked up when they were in the Bahamas," the source told Radar Online. "Once they were together with their son, Luca, in the Caribbean, it got emotional and real. Mike broke down and begged Hilary for a second chance."

"They've been meeting for hookups ever since, and Hilary's softened and the two are moving forward to see if they can work it out," the insider reveals. "Hilary's one stipulation is that Mike step up to full-time parenting duties while she works on her new TV show [Younger] and her music career."

The newly on-again couple was even spotted holding hands and looking blissfully happy at Coachella this past weekend. Nothing like a good vacation getaway and some fun in the Bahamian sun to mend a broken heart.

It seems that "Royals" singer Lorde was just as happy to see Hilary Duff as well. In the May issue of Teen Vogue Lorde expressed her excitement when she learned that Duff had attended one of her shows.

"Hilary Duff? Are you freaking serious? Hilary Duff was there last night? This is what dreams are made of! Was she vibing it? Was she bobbing her head?" the 17-year-old singer-songwriter asked the reporter interviewing her.

Lorde continued, "This is the most insane thing that's ever happened to me. "That's my childhood right there. Hilary Duff is a fan -- that freaks me out!"
