Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has been hit with divorce claims lately. The "X-Factor UK" judge has yet to comment on the rumors that she and husband Jean Bernard Fernandez-Versini are divorcing. Meanwhile, Jean Bernard recently took to his Instagram to post a rather cryptic message amid the divorce claims.

The Daily Star shared screenshots of Jean Bernard's posts on his private Instagram account. The French restaurateur wrote two messages on his account. One simply stated, "Don't come for me unless I send for you." This message was captioned to a lengthy post about mean people hiding behind angelic faces.

"Mean people don't bother me a bit. Mean people who disguise themselves as nice people bother me a whole lot," read Jean Bernard's Instagram message.

His other post is his photo standing beside his tattoo artist. Jean Bernard captioned the shot with praises for the artist, saying, "this guy...Went from hell to have a family, beautiful KIDS, success and happiness and do what he loves to do."

According to the Daily Star, his Instagram posts came after his wife Cheryl shared a photo of herself smiling for the camera on her Instagram page. It also came after the former Girls Aloud singer shared her photo on Instagram where she's looking at the camera with a sad look on her face.

It's uncertain if Jean Bernard was aiming at "The X-Factor UK" coach with his Instagram messages. However, his post came amid rumors he and Cheryl are divorcing.

The couple reportedly didn't spend Christmas together. They have also not been spotted hanging out together recently. Jean Bernard hasn't been there to support his wife on the "X-Factor UK." It's believed he has been busy touring the world looking for possible restaurant locations. Their last public outing was said to be in October.

Even Cheryl's family is thinking that their 18-month marriage is over. Her cousin Tony Tweedy had previously told The Sun that the singer's family initially expected that their marriage will not last long. At that time, they thought it would only last until six months.

Tweedy likewise mentioned how language barrier could be a reason for their marriage to fail. Cheryl reportedly still cannot speak French, while Jean Bernard only knows very little English.

Cheryl has yet to comment on the divorce rumors. However, Jean Bernard has already taken to his Instagram account before to slam the split claims. On his old Instagram message, he had called Cheryl as his priority.
