The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals will renew their AFC North rivalry on Saturday night against one another in the wild card round. The winner will advance to the divisional round while the loser goes home. This should be a great game between two teams who can't stand each other.

Pittsburgh Steelers (6)

Although they are a wild card team, the Steelers are favored to win this one. The Steelers are the last AFC wild card team to win the Super Bowl having done so in 2005. Mike Tomlin's squad tied the regular season series with the Bengals this year one game apiece. The biggest question surrounds running back DeAngelo Williams and whether or not he will play because of an ankle injury.

The Steelers offense was on point all season ranking top 10 in just about every major category. It was another great year for Antonio Brown, who posted an incredible 1,834 receiving yards. Ben Roethlisberger didn't exactly finish the season on a great note, but we have seen him turn things around when it matters most.

Unfortunately for the Steelers, they have lost their last three playoff games.

The Steelers defense hasn't looked impressive at all this year, especially in the secondary. The Steelers pass defense ranks 30th in the NFL, and if they can't get off the field on third down, it's going to be a long day. This Steelers secondary is somewhat reminiscent of the 2009 New Orleans Saints defense in the way they didn't force punts, but they did get turnovers.

If the Steelers win this game, they will play the Denver Broncos next week.

Cincinnati Bengals (3)

Is this finally it? Can the Bengals finally prove everyone wrong and win a playoff game? Bengals fans have been waiting a very long time for such an occurrence. This franchise hasn't won a postseason game since 1990, and Marvin Lewis is on the hot seat.

It's going to be tough to win this game considering Andy Dalton is out and A.J. McCarron will be getting his first career playoff start. Even though McCarron is very inexperienced, there are a few fans who feel as if the Bengals have a better chance at winning this game with him as opposed to Dalton. We'll find out on Saturday.

The Bengals have an outstanding defense that allowed the second fewest points in the league this season. The last thing the Bengals want is for this game to turn into a high scoring shootout game. With home field advantage, a superior defense and ground game, there really are not any excuses for the Bengals this time around. For whatever reason, they just seem to struggle on prime time. Three of the four losses this season for the Bengals occurred on prime-time television.

Prediction

This should be a close game, unless McCarron just isn't able to handle the pressure and falls apart early. The Bengals want that playoff victory and what better way to get it than against their fierce rivals? The key will be the Steelers passing attack against the Bengals secondary. If the Bengals can't get stops and this turns into a high scoring affair, it's going to be over quickly.
