The new season of "Dance Moms" has only just begun but the drama is already overflowing. From legal woes to coach versus mom fights, the next episode of the Lifetime reality series looks to be must-see television for fans of dance and drama.

The official Lifetime website recently released a video teaser and summary, per My Lifetime, of the upcoming episode, which will take the viewers in the middle of the action from the stage to the studio. Perhaps most prominent in the next episode is the brewing tension between star Maddie Ziegler's mother Melissa Gisoni and famous coach Abby Lee Miller.

"The moms are shocked to learn that Abby is forming a new team, but they're even more surprised when news breaks that Abby could be facing jail time," the synopsis read. "When Mackenzie receives the brunt of Abby's rage, Melissa vows not to play nice anymore."

Although Gisoni and Miller have been pals for quite a while, seeing her daughter be the victim of the coach's well-known explosive temper will likely push the mother to the edge.

It's not the only drama set for Miller as reports of her legal troubles will send the mothers buzzing over the consequences and possibilities of her impending case. The coach was previously been indicted for bankruptcy fraud last year and could face up to five years of prison time as well as $5 million in fines.

A previous report from Deadline revealed more about the case against Miller, who allegedly hid over $755,000 in earnings from the courts and taxes. Among others, the charges include bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. She reportedly put together a shell game to conceal the funds with her accountants and family even involved.

"It was further a part of the scheme and artifice to defraud that in order to conceal her TV show income, Miller directed Collins Avenue to pay approximately $51,800 of Miller's TV show talent fees to her mother, Maryen Miller," the indictment said.

Lifetime has not commented on the case and neither has Miller as they continue to shoot and produce the hit reality show she stars in. However, the case against her is being pursued carefully.

"Fraud and dishonesty in bankruptcy proceedings undermines the integrity of these important proceedings and especially hurts the creditors and American Taxpayers," IRS agent Akeia Conner told Deadline. "Concealing assets from the Court and not paying taxes is a gross violation of civic duty, and IRS Criminal Investigation will work diligently with our law enforcement partners to pursue those who do so."
