The singer Miguel made the headlines as numerous reports emerged that he will soon tie the knot with this long-time girlfriend Nazanin Mandi. The speculations first emerged after Mandi posted a photo on Instagram which was captioned: "... When you get all dolled up but decided to stay in ... Eat ... And what A Haunting, Thank you for the Trim @1littlemonster @carltonhairmdr."

Though she did not mention anything about tying the knot on the photo caption, she did however flaunt a diamond ring on her ring finger as per v1019.com.

A source then told E! Online that the singer would soon tie the knot stating, "Nazanin and Miguel are really excited to get married! They've been together for some time and knew that they were going to spend their lives together, all of their friends and family think they are the best couple and really complement each other."

The source then dished out the proposal details stating that it was "heart felt" and "done perfectly." The source then added: "Miguel will definitely be singing his soon-to-be wife a tune when their wedding takes place.''

Though the couple may have been together for more than 10 years, they took their time by taking things slow. As per Xpose, Miguel didn't propose to his girlfriend during their courtship as he does not want to rush things.

During his interview with Hot 97, Miguel stated, "I think it's more about working. The thing is, you got to know who you are as a person, first of all."

He then added that he decided to take the time in getting to know his girlfriend better before tying the knot as he does not want the sacredness of marriage to be thrown down the drain which is common these days.

Miguel shared, "I think now people throw things around like marriage. I just wasn't raised like that."

Miguel then added that he doesn't feel pressured in terms of marrying his girlfriend because he knows for a fact that he is committed with her and he does not have any intentions on playing around,"I don't feel pressure because I know that when I commit, I really commit. Now it's just thrown around because it's so easy to breakup. And I'm just not that kind of person. I'm just not gonna do that. I wouldn't do that to her."

Though their wedding rumors were already confirmed by the source, both Miguel and Nazanin have not yet commented on the issue.
