Alyssa Milano Topless Maxim Cover Almost Bares All
Alyssa Milano is back in the spotlight with a new show, and now, a prime spot in Maxim magazine's July/August edition. What's more, she's giving her male fans a lot to be excited, as she got scantily clad for the photo shoot.
Milano, 40, who burst out on to the scene with her role as Samantha Micelli in the hit 80's sitcom "Who's The Boss?," recalls what it was like growing up as a teenager on the set of a television show. She certainly did not have to deal with just your typical teenage problems.
"You know, I went through puberty like everyone else," recalled the actress. "It only got embarrassing when the show would take what was going on with me and write it into the show, like 'Samantha's First Bra.' It was like, 'OK, guys, do we really need to do this?' But what an awesome time stamp!"
In the end, her role endeared her to America and opened up the door to a successful career in Hollywood. At a time when many of her contemporary child actors weren't able to secure jobs in adulthood, Milano was able to hone her acting chops and continue to work in both television and on the big screen.
"I think Christina Applegate and I are the only two who maintained some sort of career path past the shows that launched us. But I have a great family, and I look at a lot of these kids who struggle in the industry and think they'd have struggled no matter what they did," recalled Milano.
Most notably, Milano starred in the television shows "Melrose Place" and "Charmed," as well as nabbing a role in 2011's "Hall Pass," among others. Now, she's gearing up for a new show that centers around the sultry and often complicated subject of affairs. Based on the latest Maxim photos, she definitely has the sultry part down.
"Honestly, after the first few episodes, the title is kind of irrelevant," she observes about her latest show, "Mistresses." In the first episode, my character cheats on her husband but the rest of the season is about her dealing with the fallout."
