Teresa Giudice's powers of persuasion seem to have only grown since she's been away incarcerated, recently helping her narrowly avoid a parole violation.

Already rumored to have patched up her long-running feud with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is now reported to have used her charms to sweet talk a cop out of a speeding ticket.

TMZ reports on the recent night the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star made her first appearance on a red carpet since being released from prison on fraud charges, Giudice's Uber driver was stopped for speeding as he tried to get her home in accordance with her state-mandated curfew. The star realized that a violation of her parole could have sent her back to custody to serve out the remainder of her 15-month sentence. Giudice served only 11 months in prison and was sentenced to house arrest for the rest of her time.

Word is Giudice asked the driver to pick up the pace in order to get home on time. Then, when a police officer pulled the car over, reports are she personally pleaded her case with the New Jersey officer, who eventually agreed to let her go, given the tough year she's been forced to endure.

In the end, the 43-year-old mother of four young daughters made it home just before her curfew went into effect. 

Giudice was released from the Danbury Federal facility just before Christmas, but remains on house arrest until early February. 

Meanwhile, Giudice has already signed on to rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives" and is rumored to be commanding an annual salary of as high as $2 million per season.

Bravo network officials reportedly delayed filming on the new season in hopes of being able to include her in more of the scenes. Giudice has also penned a memoir about her jailhouse experiences, which she is rumored to be planning to promote with a New York City PR tour once she has been released from house arrest.

She and Gorga reportedly spent New Year's Eve together with their families and were able to bury their long held differences.
