Do the Beliebers finally have something to cheer about? After what has been a tumultuous past couple of months for international pop sensation Justin Bieber, it appears that he has finally found a new woman in his life.

There's only one minor problem: she's still married. Bieber has reportedly been spotted canoodling with 22-year-old Jordan Ozuna at a Las Vegas skydiving facility. Ozuna, however, is still married to her high school sweetheart, though they are allegedly in the process of getting a divorce.

"She's still married. They've been separated a good year," said Ozuna's mother-in-law, Kim Ozuna. "They were very young when they got married ... They'll figure it out on their own. They're probably in the process of getting divorced."

Key word there might be "probably." At any rate, Bieber and Ozuna were very affectionate towards one another, looking more like a couple than just a random fling. Does this mean that Bieber is finally over his relationship towards on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez?

"In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing. Little pecks and kisses," an unidentified source claimed. "Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face. She was caressing him on the head and shoulders."

So far there is not much more information to go on, but rest assured, if this new romance goes anywhere, Ozuna will soon become one of the most recognizable faces around. Bieber has yet to comment on the relationship but did take to Twitter to thank his fans for their support: "I love what I do and I'm ‪#blessed‬ to do it... Alot of things have been said but I do this for you! ‪#mybeliebers‬."

This latest news comes on the heels of quite a bit of controversy for Bieber. Over the last few months, he has been accused of: assaulting a neighbor, a hit-and-run on a paparazzi, numerous driving citations, and hosting weed parties with his friend, rapper Lil' Twist.
