‘Mob Wives' episode 4 mostly centers on the Staten Island ladies' friendship. In the previous telecasts, the cast members were divided due to differences and misunderstandings. Alliances were also formed following the fights among the mobs.

On this week's telecast, VH1 teased viewers with the episode's synopsis: "Ang gives Neil an ultimatum; tensions between Drita and Carla run high; Karen deals with her father's critics; Marissa shares her opinions about Brittany's friendship with Drita."

Firstly, since it's Big Ang's 55th birthday and she would like to throw a party, episode 4 was titled: "Flip-Floppers and Party Hoppers."

Big Ang Pushes Drita to Amend Friendships

Angela "Big Ang" Raiola met up with Drita D'Avanzo and told her she's hosting a birthday party. She added that she plans to invite all the ladies and not leave anyone out. Hearing that, Drita appears uncomfortable because she does not want to mend fences with her frenemies, especially during Big Ang's special day.

Drita is currently at odds with Karen Gravano and former BFF Carla Facciolo. She was confronted by Gravano in episode 3 and their discussion ended in the decision that they will not be friends anymore.

On the other hand, Facciolo freaked out and felt betrayed when she learned that Drita told Big Ang some things about her boyfriend. Although Drita said that she only told Angela about it because she is concerned about Carla and wanted Angela to be the one to get through to her.

But apparently, Carla sees this as gossiping rather than concern so she is furious. Carla's negative reaction to the whole thing also angered Drita so they are not the best buds anymore.

Aside from the two ladies, there is also some bad blood between Drita and Renee. Their fight started when Drita called Renee as the troublemaker in the group.

With all the conflicts around, Big Ang thinks that everything is out of hand already. She wanted her friends to make peace so she used her birthday as a stage to bring the ladies together.

Big Ang Argues with Husband Neil

At home, Big Ang has other things to worry about. She doesn't have a job since her lawyer said that there is no way for her bartending license to be reinstated. This is her only skills and it was taken away, so she is having problems with funds to pay the household bills.

Apart from the utilities, she also had to produce money in order to afford her medical treatment for cancer. She couldn't continue to be the sole provider in their home so Big Ang asked her husband Neil Murphy to contribute. She told him she's stressed because he has two jobs but not bringing in money to the household.

However, the talk did not go well as the two of them got really upset while talking about money.

"The men I know would not allow the woman to support them," Ang said to her husband.

But Murphy shot back that most probably, all those guys were in jail. He also blamed Angela for the issues with money by saying that if only she did not live so extravagantly, then they would not have this problem.
