"19 Kids and Counting" star Jessa Duggar-Seewald was recently under fire after the photo of her son Spurgeon Elliot ignited a "modesty" debate on Instagram. The controversial picture was taken when he was at the doctor's office.

Who would have thought that an infant's modesty could stir an online debate? According to Design & Trend, Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald's baby boy has recently been a subject of unwarranted criticisms when his parents shared a photo of him wearing a long shirt, socks and a onesie underneath during a doctor's appointment.

While most comments were positive, other netizens had to point out his exposed legs.

"I'm not saying it's wrong, and yes I realize he's a baby and 'most' people post pictures of their kids without pants," a commenter wrote. "However I also know that this is a modest family. It's a value of theirs. He is a baby now but one day he will be grown and due to his family he may still have these pictures circulating on the Internet when he is 23. I was thinking of how he would feel, having been (and here I make an assumption that could be wrong) raised to be modest but to have anybody be able to view this."

Seewald's son, however, is not the first Duggar baby who was scrutinized because of his or her attire. As a matter of fact, Josh Duggar's wife Anna also received a major backlash when she let her four-month-old daughter Meredith Grace wear pants.

Meanwhile, eldest Duggar daughter Jana might finally have a chance to get more screen time as she's reportedly taking the lead of the family reality show reboot on TLC. Since she was prominently featured in "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," the "19 Kids and Counting" reboot will showcase Jana in a larger role than ever, Fashion & Style noted.

"The premiere of the upcoming season will show [Jana] opening up about her sentiments on being single," a production insider close to the Duggar clan told The Hollywood Gossip.

The source also claimed that Jana is searching for a man in her life, who could take her way from "mothering her extended brood" of younger siblings.

"Her younger sisters are already married and have families of their own, which causes her to compare herself to them," the insider added.

Aside from Jana, the reboot will also feature other Duggar siblings as they live their life without Josh. Unfortunately, TLC has neither announced nor confirmed the news that they are indeed filming new "19 Kids and Counting" episodes featuring Jana Duggar to premiere sometime in 2016.

In other news, Josh Duggar definitely felt relieved after porn star Danica Dillon, who claimed he abused her during a sexual encounter, dropped her lawsuit. Dillon was also seeking $500,000 for emotional and physical damages she claimed to have suffered, HuffPost Entertainment revealed.

Earlier this month, reports claimed that Dillion wanted to drop the case with the option to refile. However, Duggar's legal team refused as they apparently had evidence that her claims were false. But recently, Dillon admitted she lied in the sexual assault lawsuit. And aside from dropping the lawsuit, she also vowed to never refile the case against Duggar, TMZ reported.
