So much for rumors that said Prince Harry was ready to get married to Cressida Bonas. Reports are now saying that Harry has broken up with his longtime girlfriend.

The relationship was not going well, according to sources.

"He found her too needy, and it just wasn't working out," the source said.

Another source said that it is his family that has scared her away.

"Harry and Cressie have split," the source said. "Harry wants to settle down and get married like his brother. But Cressie is still young and had huge reservations about marrying into the royal family."

The two supposedly split up this weekend, though there have been rumors that they were breaking up for a while. He supposedly wants to get back with Bonas.

"Harry's hoping she'll change change her mind, but for now the romance is very much off," the source said. "Cressida wants to slow things down."

Bonas, 25, doesn't want to live her life based on schedules and have to attend royal engagements. She also supposedly learned more about what would be expected from her from Kate Middleton, who has been honest about the work she does.

"Cressida has spoken to Kate Middleton about the expectations that come with being a part of the royal family and how unbelievably busy she is," the source said. "Kate"s been honest about her struggles, and it's been a lot for Cressida to process."

Earlier in the year, it was reported that Middleton was guiding Bonas and essentially preparing her for when she married Prince Harry. The two women are constantly compared to each other. For example, when Bonas dresses down, news sites have said that Middleton would never dress that way.

Prince Harry is supposedly facing pressure from his grandmother to marry and start a family before he turns 30. Today he met with wounded service personnel.
