Brazilian model Liziane Gutierrez is suing Chris Brown for abusing, robbing and defaming her. This is in relation to an incident back in early January. 

News broke last January that Brown assaulted a model when she tried to take a picture of him during a private party in Las Vegas. According to Gutierrez, her phone was seized and someone hit her when she went to the hotel. It is unclear if Brown did this himself or someone from his camp. 

While Brown denied all these allegations, he later appeared in an Instagram video, calling the model too ugly to be allowed in his party. The video has since been removed, but not before TMZ stored a copy of it and showed it to the public. 

The model is now back and has filed a lawsuit against the singer on Thursday in Clark County, Nevada, TMZ reported. The charges include battery, theft and defamation. Last month, the model also tried to file criminal charges against Brown. The police dropped the case, however, because of insufficient evidence. 

In the immediate aftermath of the said row, Nicole Perna, Brown's publicist, fought back with a statement calling the model a liar. The woman "was escorted out of the private after party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control," Perna said. "Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown -- throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel' -- as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party." 

Perna added that the Palms Casino Resort security can vouch for Gutierrez's wild behavior that night through the security cameras. Perna added that it was impossible for the model to have taken a photo of Brown inside the after party. 

In a related news, Brown is reportedly causing trouble for ex Rihanna again. As Rihanna and Drake teased fans of their collaboration song "Work" over the weekend through some Snapchat clips, Brown tweeted a cryptic message that reads "nothing bad will ever last." 

According to Urband Islandz, Brown might be dissing Drake and Rihanna. Allegedly, Brown believes that Drake and Rihanna are singing about him and the two only wanted to get his attention. Brown is reportedly pissed that Rihanna cannot move on from their messy and controversial relationship and she is allowing Drake to actually rap about him too.
