Nike will release another themed pack in the coming days, the Basketball Elite Series Hero Collection, which features the newest edition of the signature shoes of NBA superstars LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant.

Nike announced that the highly anticipated "Hero Collection" will arrive at retailers on May 9 and will be available in select Nike accounts worldwide.

According to Nike, this themed pack features specialized edition of the LeBron 11 Elite, Kobe 9 Elite, and the KD VI Elite, which were made to suit James, Bryant and Durant's superhuman specifications on the hard court.

"LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant are real-life heroes that electrify the basketball universe," Nike noted. "Nike Basketball Elite Series Hero Collection represents the best for the best: Footwear designed to the superhuman specifications of James, Bryant and Durant."

The LeBron 11 Elite "Hero," which is officially listed as the laser crimson/black-sport turquoise colorway of the shoe, is arguably one of the best colorways of James' latest signature shoe.

This edition features a crimson-based upper part accented with black and turquoise hints throughout the shoe along with metallic iridescent touches and a full translucent outsole.

This colorway of the LeBron 11 Elite, which is a low-cut in style unlike the original edition of this signature sneaker, will sell at $275 per pair worldwide.

The Kobe 9 Elite "Hero" is also expected to make waves on the sneaker market in the coming weeks. This edition features a gray-based upper part with turquoise accents throughout the shoe along with a court purple lining and Nike Swoosh logo.

Aside from its impressive look, Bryant's ninth signature features Nike's latest technology -- the Flyknit, Dynamic Flywire, and Lunarlon cushioning, which were combined to produce an ultra-lightweight performance sneaker.

The Kobe 9 Elite "Hero" will be available for $225 per pair.

Durant's latest signature shoe, the KD VI Elite, is also expected to have a fair share of the spotlight once this three-sneaker collection hits the sneaker market.

The KD VI Elite "Hero" sports a turbo green-based upper part with Kevlar aramid fibers finished off with night shade green, orange and pink accents. Aside from its excellent look, Nike said that this edition has unique features, which were not seen in past KD signature shoes.

"For the first time in a KD signature shoe, this new version boasts a full-length, visible Nike Zoom unit that runs through the entire midsole. This turbo green colored shoe features Flywire technology, reinforced with Kevlar aramid fibers, providing Durant with lockdown support for his versatile style of play," Nike said.

The hero-themed edition of Durant's sixth Nike signature shoe will sell at $200 per pair.
