"Star Wars Battlefront" is one of the biggest hits in the gaming industry last year, so it's not surprising that EA Games is looking to the galaxy and far, far away for future "Star Wars" goodness.

During a presentation at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom Conference in San Francisco, CFO Blake Jorgensen talked about the different "Star Wars" titles that achieved success in the gaming market, a report from Game Spot revealed.

It's not just "Star Wars Battlefront" that captured the interest of the fans last year, there are also the mobile game "Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes" and the free "Star Wars: The Old Republic." These games are also expected to continue its impressive performance through this year.

"We see it as a great start -- building a strong base of people that want to play in the 'Star Wars' universe," Jorgensen explained the trio of games. "And then leveraging it over time with action-oriented games, future 'Battlefront' first-person shooter style games, new mobile games."

The developer is unlikely to stop any time soon with the "Star Wars" titles. After all, with a new trilogy and a few spin-offs in the works, there are a lot of incredible materials coming up to expand the video game world for the many fans eager for more console action.

"As everyone knows, with 'Star Wars,' there is an unlimited amount of things you can do with the content," Jorgensen teased about more games upcoming in the future. "And as Disney starts to add more and more new content, that gives fuel to our ability to add more games around it."

Of course, EA Games have more than just the "Star Wars" titles fueling its engine. From sports to other action-packed adventure games, EA has a lot of interesting projects in the pipeline. In particular, there are two unannounced games in development in the labs.

"We've got a couple of things up our sleeve that we haven't talked about yet but you'll probably see them teased over the next six months," Jorgensen said.

According to a report from WCCF Tech, Bioware's Edmonton studio is cooking up a secret IP with a clean-sheet design. Not much has been revealed about this mysterious project, but it could be one of the unannounced games that Jorgensen highlighted in his presentation.

Another EA studio Visceral has also had property distributed to it recently, which could account for the second game in development for the company, according to a report from Mobi Picker.
