Scott Disick appears determined to live his life on his own terms and the reality TV star doesn't seem afraid to show it.

Just four months after checking out of a rehab facility for the fourth time, the father of Kourtney Kardashian's three young children recently spent a weekend in Mexico with "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis. And the two were hardly alone, with Disick at one point being spotted hanging poolside with three scantily clad models.

Disick Back Drinking?

During his excursion, word is Disick has also been spotted guzzling down beer, drinking mixed drinks and smoking cigarettes.

"It's very safe to say Scott is no longer interested in recovery," a source told E! News. "He's been drinking and partying for the last several weeks. This is what he wants. This is what he's choosing. The friends he's hanging out with aren't helping."

Alarm bells concerning Disick's sobriety started to ring several weeks ago, after he traveled to New York to attend Fashion Week, but never made it to any of the shows, instead spending his time hanging out and clubbing. Even more recently, he was spotted hanging in Las Vegas with NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel.

News of his spiral has left Kardashian devastated to the point she recently took to Twitter to post for her nearly 19 million followers, "A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears."

Disick and Manziel's Night in Vegas

 On the night he and Manziel hung out, the two reportedly partied at 1OAK, a swanky nightclub inside the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The two arrived around midnight and openly sipped on cocktails sipped and champagne from their VIP table near the DJ booth.

Disick and the 36-year-old Kardashian spent nearly a decade together and have three young children, Penelope, Mason and Reign.
