After being hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and consequently postponing the beginning of her European leg of "Bangerz" world tour, Mily Cyrus is now back on track.

As she arrived in London, the 21-year-old singer took to her Instagram account on Sunday (May 4) to show off her infamous twerking dance skills to her fans and followers, letting them know that she is good to continue her performance.

In the footage, the "Adore You" singer sports a pair of tight black skinny jeans and a plain white T-shirt, with a black and white plaid shirt tied around her waist. With Lil Jon's hit party track "Turn Down for What" being played in the background, Cyrus lets herself loose as she wildly dances and jumps on the couch with her female friend in the video clip, of course with her tongue-wagging. "#imbackmaf***a," she wrote the caption following, adding, "#turndownforwhatLONDON" and "f***yeahLONDON."

Miley Cyrus clearly feels much better now and must be that much excited to return to the stage in Europe, after she was hospitalized on April 15 after suffering an extreme allergic reaction to Cephalexin, an antibiotic prescribed for the flu. "I was on this medicine for five days and everything was all good and on the sixth day, I just woke up, it was so scary," she said. "I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn't know I was really allergic to. I couldn't breathe and my skin -- everything -- was going insane."

Because of her health condition, the pop star was forced to reschedule several dates of "Bangerz" world tour. She postponed the final six dates of the U.S. leg of her tour, and the first two dates of the European leg. Cyrus will next take to the stage in London on Tuesday night (May 6) for the first time since being hospitalized.
