Running Man Challenge Update - Viral Dance at Spelling Bee, Rounda Rousey Called Out [VIDEOS]
UFC featherweight champ Cris "Cyborg" Justino has joined the growing legions of those taking The Running Man Challenge by adding her own unique twist to it.
Not long after scoring yet another victory at the UFC 198, Justino further marked her Brazilian homecoming by taking shots at longtime rival Ronda Rousey.
Justino accomplished her mission by posting a video online of her and a young partner doing the running man dance while donning masks bearing Rousey's likeness.
Justino Wants Rousey
It all served to deliver the message Cyborg is convinced the Rowdy One is doing everything she can to prevent her from catching up to her. So zoomed in on Rousey has Justino become, her handlers are letting it be known she only plans to fight at 140 pounds again if it against her nemesis or another champion.
All Eyes on Rousey
As for Rousey, she continues to be the target of seemingly everyone else in business.
Fellow rival Miesha Tate used a recent ESPN interview to blast her as "somewhat emotionally unstable."
Tate went on to tell a recent story where she claims Rousey "cussed out" UFC strawweight Paige VanZant for simply congratulating Holly Holm for her recent takedown of the then undefeated champ.
"I think Ronda is somewhat emotionally unstable and I think that's been characteristic for a long time," Tate said. "Doesn't mean she fights any worse for it. I'm not knocking her as an athlete, but emotionally, she's just got some things that are a little bit strange, and I think that that was one of them."
Tate later added, "This is just one example. This is a big reason why Ronda and I don't get along. It's not even the career, it's the difference in our personal perspectives. That's why we have the rivalry. We just happen to be in the same profession and fighting in the same weight class and that's what people are really interested in, but truly this is where I disagree with Ronda the most."
In her career, Tate (18-5) has suffered two losses to Rousey (12-1), including one in 2013 after which she extended her hand toward her opponent, only to have Rousey turn away without acknowledging it.
The 29-year-old Rousey has not fight since her November loss to Holm, who has since Amanda Nunes at UFC 200 on July 9.
As for the Running Man Challenge, the dance also broke out at the recent National Spelling Bee when every single contestant hit the stage with their own version of the dance.
