Jeremy Lin still can't believe what he sees when watching Steph Curry.

"Steph's release takes as long as it takes for me to blink #cheatcode," Lin tweeted during the Golden State Warriors Game 7 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference finals.

As one of the NBA's few Asian-American players, not everyone agreed with Lin marveling at the two-time reigning league MVP in the way he did.

Critics instantly blasted Lin over what they perceived to be his use of a stereotype to illustrate his point about Curry.

Lin Defends Himself

Later, Lin defended himself against the politically correct crowd, posting, "And before you try... save me the racist comments."

Earlier this year, Lin was one of the celebrity world's biggest critics over Chris Rock's use of a series of Asian jokes many perceived as stereotypical during his Oscars monologue.

"When is this going to change!?" he tweeted.

More recently, Lin quickly turned his attention back to the action, adding that the Curry vs. Kevin Durant Game 7 driven showdown was "one of the best" the NBA has produced in ages.

Lin a Summer Free Agent

Meanwhile, this off-season will be decision time for Lin, a summer free-agent after helping the Charlotte Hornets into the postseason.

With news of Mike D'Antoni now being in the final stages of negotiating a deal to take over as coach of the Houston Rockets, rumors are building that Lin could be rejoining his former New York Knicks coach.

The two previously teamed up for a history-making 2012 run on Broadway where Lin averaged 18 points, eight rebounds and two assists over a 25 game stretch.

Along with the Rockets, the Hornets, Knicks, Spurs and Nets are expected to show interest in the 28-year-old veteran point guard, who averaged 11 points, three rebounds and three assists with the Hornets last season in helping them to a franchise record 48 regular season victories.
