The first round of the NFL draft is complete, and evaluations are already being made. What teams made the best moves? And what teams made the worst moves? Some teams overreached, and some teams got a huge bargain in the first round. Let's see which teams won and lost the first round of the 2014 draft.

Winners

Cleveland Browns

What a night for Cleveland Browns fans. They saw their team steal arguably the best player in the draft, Johnny Manziel at No. 22, without having to give up anything for him. In addition to getting the best quarterback in this year's draft according to many, the Browns selected cornerback Justin Gilbert at No. 8 overall to help their secondary. The Browns also traded for an additional first round pick in next year's draft and still have many more draft picks this year.

Chicago Bears

The Bears had their worst defensive season last year allowing over 6,300 yards. The Bears selected cornerback Kyle Fuller out of Virginia Tech with the No. 14 pick. In a division with Matthew Stafford and Aaron Rodgers on the schedule four times a year, this was a must. Bears don't have a great offensive line, but they know that defense is much bigger priority.

Houston Texans

The Texans made the obvious safe pick at No. 1 with defensive end Jadeveon Clowney. Clowney is a monster at the line of scrimmage who can draw double teams, get to the quarterback and is a great tackler. The Texans still need a quarterback, and luckily for them, there's still many more to choose from in the second round. The Texans have the very first pick in the second round, and quarterbacks, such as AJ McCarron and Aaron Murray, are still available.

Losers

Buffalo Bills

Bills got a good wide receiver at No. 4 in Sammy Watkins, but it was a bit of a head-scratcher. The Bills held the No. 9 pick and traded up with the Browns. Watkins has good speed and good hands, but this is a huge reach at No. 4 for a wide receiver. The Bills still don't have a franchise quarterback to get Watkins the football. This was an overreach for the Bills.

Detroit Lions

With the No. 10 overall pick, the Lions picked tight end Eric Ebron. This surprised a lot of people because the Lions have one of the best passing attacks in the league and need a lot of defensive help. The Lions play in a division with passing attacks that feature Aaron Rodgers and Jay Cutler and last year ranked 23rd in pass defense. The Lions did however rank third overall in pass offense, so this pick is a bit of a mystery when there were so many great corners and safeties still on the board.

Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals decided to pick safety Deone Bucannon at No. 27 after trading away their No. 20 overall pick to the Saints. The Cardinals are already loaded with great secondary players, such as Patrick Peterson, Antonio Cromartie and Tyrann Mathieu. The Cardinals needed to get superstar Larry Fitzgerald some help in the passing game and failed to do so. Carson Palmer's best days are behind him, and they don't pick again until No. 52. The Cardinals need a quarterback.
