The Copa Libertadores comes to an end on Wednesday when Atletico Nacional hosts Independiente del Valle in the second leg of the tournament's grand finale.

The two sides contested a potent 1-1 draw in the first leg. Colombia's Atletico Nacional took an early lead through Orlando Berrio but saw its hopes of taking a win away dashed when Arturo Mina scored in the 86th minute.

That said, Atletico enters the final game at home in a highly favorable position. The away goal in Ecuador means that the team can play for a 0-0 draw knowing that that result alone would give it a title.

Of course the team will also be weary of the fact that Independiente del Valle is likely to push the pace, seeking a goal that would completely alter the tight altogether. Del Valle has had a solid away record thus far, winning two, losing three and drawing just once.

Atletico has been a powerhouse at home however, winning five and only drawing one game. The single draw came in a meaningless final group stage game of the tournament.
