People don’t want to miss the Season 10 premiere of CBS’ “Big Bang Theory” where they'll see a big family reunion. The air date for the much anticipated new season is September 19, 2016. It'll air at 8:00 p.m. on CBS.

Penny’s (Kaley Cuoco) family is coming to town for her renewing of the vows ceremony with Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki).

Penny’s Family

Showrunner Steven Molaro says Katey Sagal will play Penny’s mother Susan. Her brother Randall (30 Rock’s Jack McBrayer) will also pay a visit for the ceremony.

Randall is finally out of the slammer for dealing meth. Penny has made several references to her brother and his career criminal life calling him “sort of a chemist” like her super smart husband.

Sheldon and Amy

Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) finally took their relationship to the next level when he let her take his virginity. Gasp!

Molaro says his goal is to have Sheldon see sex as something that is fun and can happen over and over again.

When he and Amy had coitus, as he would like to call it, he said he is happy to do that once a year. Amy wants more and more of it of course.

Will they take their relationship even further? Sheldon was on the verge of proposing to her before he caught her on a date with someone else. After she met his grandmother and found out about the ring he said, “Cool it woman, I just gave you my virginity!”

Is Sheldon going to take that next step and move in with Amy? Or is he happy with being Leonard’s roommate forever? He just hates change.

Howard and Bernadette

Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Raunch) are expecting a baby. If it’s a boy we’ll give it a toy, if it’s a girl we’ll give it a curl.

Howard and Raj

Meanwhile Howard and Rajesh Koothrappali (Kunal Nayya) made a new invention that may have NASA on to them. Will they make it big in their fields this season? If so, how will it affect Howard’s role as a new father?

Also, will the new baby put a strain on Raj and Howard’s super close relationship?

Leonard’s Dad and Sheldon’s Mom

In the Season 9 finale, Leonard’s dad Dr. Alfred Hofstader (Judd Hirsch) and Sheldon’s mom Mary (Laura Elizabeth Metcalf got a night cap together.

The next morning, neither one of them were answering their phones. Did they hook up? And if so, will Sheldon and Leonard become stepbrothers?
