“Grey’s Anatomy” returns to ABC in the fall with more drama, romance and life-saving than ever before.

Amelia and Hunt

In the “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 finale, Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) gave love a second chance after his bad break up with Dr. Christina Yang (Sandra Oh) in previous seasons.

Hunt married Dr. Derek Shepherd’s (Patrick Dempsey) sister Dr. Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone), despite the odds against them; Amelia’s parents did not support her, there was no one there to walk her down the aisle, and she had a severe case of cold feet ahead of the ceremony.

Although she ran for her life, Amelia came back after Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) told her that she can have a second chance at love. Maybe even a third or an eleventh.

“Meredith is my favorite and the main reason I watch. Can't wait for season 13, hopefully there's some happiness in store for her, much needed after everything she went through,” Facebook User Jessica Black said.

Meredith’s Happiness

In “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12, Meredith found it very hard to date after losing her husband to a fatal car accident.

After turning one date loose, she hooked up with Dr. Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) in his car, not once, but four times.

Will these two become the next hot topic at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital?

If so, it could start a major love triangle since Meredith’s sister Dr. Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) really likes him. She “really, really” likes him and thinks he likes her too.

Jo’s Secret

Meanwhile, Maggie’s ex-boyfriend was let in on a deep secret; Dr. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) won’t marry Dr. Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) because she can’t. It’s not that he does not want to.

Jo is already married. She left her abusive husband, changed her name, and never looked back. Going back for a divorce means that he will find her.

Will Jo ever tell Alex her secret? Is Jo Wilson even her real name?

April and Jackson

Just as those two are figuring out their mess, it seems that Dr. April Kepner (Sarah Drew) and Dr. Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) are cleaning up theirs.

They just had a baby girl after losing their son about a year ago. Will this new bundle of joy bring the couple back together?
