Bolivia vs. Peru World Cup 2018 Qualifiers Live Stream, Preview, Predictions
Peru and Bolivia face off in the World Cup qualifiers on Thursday.
The two sides are essentially minnows of the CONMEBOL with only Venezuela lending them some degree of respectability.
Neither side is anywhere near the qualification picture. Peru has the "better" shot with four points from six games while Bolivia is just one point behind with three. Both sides have a victory and have conceded at least 12 goals.
Peru's lone victory came over Paraguay at hoe back in November of 2015. Bolivia's lone win came over Venezuela t home during that same matchday; the 4-2 affair saw Bolivia mount a 3-1 lead before halftime.
Peru was unable to salvage a victory over last place Venezuela in its last qualifier while Bolivia saw itself dispatched easily be Argentina in its last attempt.
A win for either side would put them back into the mix, leaving the loser in a more perilous situation.
Prediction
Bolivia has the upper hand at home and should take advantage of its altitude to win 1-0.
Start Time, Date, Location
Bolivia and Peru kick off at 4 p.m EDT on Thursday in La Paz, Bolivia.
