Apple’s Tim Cook confirmed the iPhone 7 features while telling the world about the newest addition to the iPhone family. The new iPhone comes equipped with better cameras, water resistance, and more in the latest Apple phone upgrade.

Upgraded Camera
Selfie-queens beware, you have a better tool! The new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus takes better photos at 7 megapixels and comes equipped with a new sensor. Both phones come with optical image stabilizer so you can take pictures like a pro.
Water Resistance
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models can be submerged in water (5ft) for up to 30 minutes...and survive. So no more wincing when you drop your phone in a toilet, or a puddle.
Stereo Speakers
Apple confirmed the news about a new iPhone with no headphone jack. The iPhone 7 will have stereo speakers, where users will use EarPods that are connected to the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus through Lightning cable. Apple provides a Lightning-to-audio-jack adapter for those who rather continue using regular wired headphones.
Longer Battery Life
Both models start with 32GB of internal storage unlike the previous standard 16GB and your battery will take a longer time to reach 1 percent.

EarPods Extra Cost
Users can make separate purchases of EarPods with Lightning Connector for $29 and the Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter for $9. The equipment is sold separately and will come with the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models.
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Prices
The iPhone 7 starts at $649 while the iPhone 7 Plus has a starting price of $769. Both models are available in 32GB, 128GB and 256GB of internal storage.
Pre-Order iPhone 7
You can pre-order the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus on Sept. 9 and have it shipped on Sept. 16.
iPhone Pre-Order for T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless
Sprint allows its users to pre-order the iPhone 7 by either paying the full-amount or setting up a two-year contract with them.
AT&T users with good credit records can either pay the sales tax when placing the iPhone 7 pre-order or pay a fee each month, pay the sales tax and 30 percent of the phone’s cost, or they can simply trade in their old iPhone and pay the difference.
T-Mobile users can either pay the full price of the iPhone 7 and ditch the contract or pay monthly installments for two years.
While Verizon users can pre-order an iPhone 7 with no down payment while trading in other smartphones. Users who have completed a one-year contract can also trade in any entry-level smartphone for an iPhone 7.
