After appearing at the New York premiere of "The Normal Heart" on Monday night, Angelina Jolie made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Jolie's powdery face at the event spurred a flood of ridicule on the Internet. But don't worry Angelina, you're not the only one who has fallen victim to using the wrong kind of powder for the red carpet. Here are five stars who should have taken a flash photo of themselves before they left home.

In 2009, Nicole Kidman attended the New York premiere of "Nine." She wore a Prada dress and almost pulled off the look, but the powder on her nose and under her eyes made it difficult to focus on anything else.

Eva Longoria went for a smoky eye at the Night of Fashion & Technology, which she hosted with gal pal Victoria Beckham. Unfortunately, all the white powder ended up looking more like a raccoon mask. (It's more noticeable in other photos.) The actress has had this issue happen more than once.

Melissa Joan Hart and her family are absolutely adorable, but her forehead is not looking great here. There is a big beige streak visible in the middle of her forehead, which would be a lot more distracting if it weren't for her children, who are stealing the show. Jon Hamm proves that this isn't just an issue for women. The "Mad Men" actor also had some extra powder on his face at the Paley Center for Media's Annual Los Angeles Benefit in October 2012.

Drew Barrymore is one of the worst offenders of white powder. At the premiere of "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle" in 2003, it seemed that her whole face was shades lighter because of the makeup. The product was even noticeable in her hair.
