Google recently unveiled the new Chromecast Ultra in San Francisco and is set to be available from November to buy. The new Chromecast is featured with 4K streaming and HDR picture quality and it's going to be a good alternative for Roku Premiere+.

If you have the affordability then Chromecast Ultra is a sensible choice but if you are looking for easier content and access Roku Premiere is a good choice.
