Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton perform duet "Go ahead and break my heart" at the White House
Ever since they both judged on The Voice, rumors about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton being in love have been circling, and it was also in October 2015 that they went public with their relationship, after their respective divorces from Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert.
"We feel it," Gwen tells Perez Hilton, "was saying yesterday to somebody, I really feel the love, you know what I mean? It's hard to put into words, but it's a really cool thing to have that."
Despite the short amount of time Gwen and Blake have been together, the two have been inseparable, and Gwen swooned over all the beautiful memories they've shared so far. Recently, Gwen, the lead singer of No Doubt, a ska band, did a duet with Blake on a country track "Go Ahead and Break My Heart", fans loved it, and so did Gwen and Blake, being able to take their music to the next level.
Last October 19, President Obama's final State Dinner in Washington D.C., was held, with meals prepared by celebrity chef Mario Batali. Gwen was a performer for the event and was invited to sing some of her solo hits. After her performance, Gwen pulled boyfriend Blake up onstage to sing their duet.
The pair, afterwards, was seen shaking the President's hand, and socializing with other political figures like First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, and other celebrities invited as guests, such as Giorgio Armani, Frank Ocean, Rachael Ray, Frank Ocean and Jerry Seinfeld.
Earlier in the day, Stefani was invited to the White House as a guest, according to E Online, with her children Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2. Gwen and her kids shared a picture with Matteo Renzi, the Italian Prime Minister and his wife, Agnese Landini.
Even more good news for Gwen and Blake, because Gwen will be returning to The Voice next season, the very talent show the two met at and where their relationship started. Alongside them are co-judges Alicia Keys and Adam Levine, and hosted by Carson Daly.
