Funny guy Conan O' Brien' will continue to be the face of TBS for four more years.

With the current trend of late night hosts announcing their retirement, it's nice to see a familiar face still standing strong and moving forward in the mix of "late night" television programming.

"Over the past four years, we have built a terrific relationship with Conan O'Brien and are thrilled to be extending his series for another three years," said Head of TBS programming, Michael Wright to Entertainment Weekly.

"Conan has not only brought an incredibly young audience to TBS but has also created a digital presence that draws millions of fans to his unique brand of comedy. In addition, Conan has taken his show on the road for memorable weeks in New York, Atlanta and last month in Dallas, and will be breaking new ground next year when Conan becomes the first late-night show to tape at Comic-Con."

Conan O' Brien's TBS late night show, "Conan" premiered on Nov. 8, 2010. The show was first extended to air until November 2015 but now it will extend further until 2018.

Conan O' Brien's success includes a long list of credits such as writing on "SNL," writing and producing for "The Simpsons," and even hosting the "Emmy Awards."

Variety reports that the "Conan" show scored close to 4.2 million viewers during it's first TBS broadcast. The show continues to draw audiences ranging from the ages of 18 through 34 and maintains a strong digital and social media presence.

The "Conan" show airs weeknights on TBS at 11pm/10c. On Wednesday, TBS will air its February "Conan" episode with guests Jonah Hill and Lupita Nyong'o.
