The city star of "Real Housewives of New York" Bethenny Frankel finalized the settled dispute with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy over the expensive luxury home, which costs USD 5 million dollars, in which they lived in during their hellish marriage. The reality star is victorious in the battle over the Big Apple house of horrors.

The city star obtained a loan of USD 2.3 million dollars from Bank of America to purchase the luxurious Tribeca home back in 2011. The bank and 45 year-old reality star's amended mortgage for the home laid bare.

The legal order from the court, previously sealed in the divorce idea, was attached to the filing revealing that the ex-couple only continued the fight over their apartment.

At the time of the legal case, Frankel had a demand in her divorce petition that she be declared, as per their prenuptial agreement, the rightful owner of the apartment, rendering Hoppy with no rights over the property, reported by RadarOnline.com

On September 13, the two finally agreed to a mutual understanding and forever settle all disputes over their property, which will be amended from their previous settlement in July.

As per their legal contract, the property was transferred to Frankel and Hoppy forever abstained from claiming any interest in it.

After four years of court appearances following their split, the decision was made with many bitter points of contention.
