John Mayer, Katy Perry, might work together in new project soon
John Mayer and Katy Perry, who are both ex-lovers, are two of the world's most sought-after musician in the world. The former romantic pair stormed headlines once more when the two met at Drake's 30th birthday party in Los Angeles.
According to E! Online, Katy worked with John in 2013 for his album. Now, reports are claiming that the exes are ready to work with one another again, possibly on a new single.
The ex-lovers dated on and off between 2012 and 2015, and many media reports claimed that Perry's busy schedule was the reason for their split. Both of them recorded the song "Who You Love" in 2013, which became a major hit. The Daily Mail reported that the exes are in good terms with one another, as they run into each other a lot and are reportedly very protective towards one another.
Katy, 32, is reportedly dating Orlando Bloom, who seens no issues with her friendship with John. Orlando recently invited her to meet his 5-year old son Flynn at his house, as it's becoming more apparent that the couple are quite serious with one another.
According to US Magazine, Mayer's other ex, Taylor Swift, was also present at Drake's birthday bash, though she didn't feel comfortable to speak to both John and Katy instead keeping to herself in her table. The exes, on the other hand, were otherwise having a great time at the party.
It can be remembered that Taylor, aside from being John's ex, has a long-running feud with Katy, though the latter did say that she's willing to work with the "Shake It Off" star.
Well, it's highly possible that both stars may team up once more in another track, which would surely sit well with their fans.
