Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast; Emma Watson looks Stunning in iconic Yellow Dress (UPDATED)
The upcoming film "Beauty and the Beast," is Disney's studio animated classic that is being re-make into live-action, has just released their stunning and magical photos for the most anticipated upcoming film! The former 'Harry Potter' star, Emma Watson shared that she really loved the 1991 Disney animated classic, "Beauty and the Beast." According to her, she can't even think how many times she had watched the animated classic and she claims to know all the songs and the words of the animated film.
A lot of people has been captured by the story of the song-filled tale of the beautiful, independent and bright young woman named Belle, who was taken as a prisoner by a beast in a castle.Despite her fears she befriended the castle's enchanted staff and have learned to look beyond hideous exterior of the Beast and realized that the Beast had a kind heart and soul of a true prince. While the task of the prince-turned-beast need to find his true love before the last petal fall from an enchanted rose, as reported by Disney.
The third highest-grossing film of 1991 is the "Beauty and the Beast" and it was the first animated feature nominated for best picture in Oscar. Though the film was lost but it did win the Academy Awards for best song and best score, and it has inspired 13 years of the broadway musical, Entertainment weekly has reported.
Emma Watson is playing Belle in a new live-action reboot of "Beauty and the Beast." Dan Stevens will play the role of the Beast, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Gaston's sidekick, and Luke Evans as Belle's egomaniacal suitor Gaston. Entertainment Weekly visited the film's U.K and spoke to the director of the film, Bill Condon and the costume designer, Jacqueline Durran about recreating the iconic yellow dress wears in film's ballroom scene. The film is set to hit the theaters on March 17, 2017.
