Report: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt decide kids custody agreement
The representatives of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt released a comment says she and her ex-husband Brad Pitt have reached a custody agreement on their six children.
On Monday a statement released by a representative of the actress says the agreement was reached more than a week ago and children's will remain Jolie and Pitt custody. But Pitt is allowed to receive "therapeutic visits" with his children.
The idea of 'therapeutic visits' is unclear; a representative of Pitt has declined to make any further comment on this.
According to TMZ, the custody arrangement is only temporary until the Department of Children and Family Services closes its investigation.
The ex-romantic couple was married just over two years ago but had been together for more than a decade ago. Jolie has filed a divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences by saying it was for the better future of the family. She required sole physical custody while Pitt has asked a court last week to award joint custody.
According to Chicago Tribune report the Brad and Jolie struggle in parenting styles for their six children's- Maddox, Shiloh, Pax, Zahara, twins Vivienne and Knox, the age range from 8 to 15.
The divorce filing of Pitt does not include any new details about the couple's breakup and makes no mention of a prenuptial agreement that will govern how the pair will divide their assets. Pitt also cites Sept.15 after the plane altercation with his son Maddox.
People have reported that Pitt was accused abusive behavior towards his 15-year-old son Maddox. But the FBI authorities were not notified at the time of plane landed in Minnesota. The investigator of this case, Los Angles Country Department of Children and Family Services has failed to confirm whether the incident happened or not.
Jolie and Pitt were together for 12 years after closing relationship from the film Mr.and Mrs.Smith.
