After Donald Trump was elected as president, one of the "Law & Order: SVU" episodes of season 18 was scrapped. The episode was supposed to air on October 26 but has been pushed back a lot of times. And, now it's speculated that the movie might air in 2017. But chances are that NBC might not air the episode at all with Trump as the President of the United States.

According to iTech Post, Trump's election came as a surprise and it sparked a lot of reaction in the entertainment industry. Rumors are that, the episode have undergone so much scrutiny since it features a character which closely resembles Trump.

The Episode "Unstoppable" is to be played by Gary Cole, a character similar to Trump who faces sordid and damaging accusations from several women.This episode is said to purportedly inspired by Trump's comments to Billy Bush in the "Access Hollywood" back in 2005 as reported by Variety.

It's the third time that the episode suffered a push-back. It was originally suppose to be aired on October 12, and then it got postponed and moved to October 26, then subsequently moved to November 16. It has been pulled off by NBC and they are still determining for the airing date.

For now, instead of this episode, "Chicago PD" episodes will be aired on November 16. The reason to air this episodes of "Chicago PD" is that the series will soon have a crossover with other Chicago shows.

There is a lot of speculation from fans as to why NBC would cancel the airing for Trump. Amongst the biggest issues that Trump faces was the leak recording on statements about women; he tried to shrug it off, but to no avail. Referring to the incident, he tried defending himself, saying that what took place was just locker room talk.
