Pokemon Go Christmas Event Updates: Niantic to release Mewtwo, Articuno and other Legendary Pokemons & to launch its new Bug fixes feature
Now, there will be a Christmas merriment that will feature a number of Pokemon spawn as there were a lot of updates and happenings for "Pokemon Go." Fans can literally expect Snorlax, Mewtwo, Lugia, Staryu, Clefairy, Seel, Dewgong, and other varieties of Pokemon and rumored that it would be a big event than the November's Halloween updates .
Niantic is planning to release its Christmas event concluding that there will be a hundred Pokemon unleashed into the wild. According to the video released, the Christmas update reportedly will run for a week starting from December 20 until 27. The winter update may show Staryu, Seel, Dewdong, Snorlax and Starmie since Ditto has already been released. According to News Everyday, the update was just matching the cold weather with ice type Pokemon.
Another report suggests that Niantic reduces the number of steps that players has to travel to hatch the eggs and could gain Buddy bonuses. Speculations stating the another legendary Pokemon will be released as Christmas gift to fans.
A new feature has launched in the UK for Pokemon Go fans easily detect and discovers new species of Pokemon in the said event. Just tapping the Pokemon symbol on the lower right of the screen to determine players which and where the local landmark a Pokemon can be found.
According to Express, the Pokemon Go's Nearby feature makes it easier to track any missing Pokemon from a player's collection or any Pokemon that player looking to evolve. The new feature reportedly expands into new places in the next couple of weeks.
As part of a new update on Android and iOS, Niantic is developing a new fix for the game's recent loading and lag problems though there haven't been any details pertaining to its release date.
