Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Update: New Pearl (Glossy) Black Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Launch Expected This Week [VIDEO]
South Korea's Samsung Company is recently reported to be releasing another black color variant of its Galaxy S7 Edge flagship.
According to GSM Arena, it was mentioned that this new variant will be called as Pearl Black of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. In addition, the Pearl Black Galaxy S7 edge was also reported to have similar specifications with the other S7 edge models except for the storage amount of 128GB. Other Galaxy S7 Edge only have 32GB and 64GB amount of storage. It is rumored to be launched this December 9 in Samsung's hometown-South Korea.
According to Android GS, Samsung aims to take on its rival Apple's Jet Black shade for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus by lauching this new Pearl Black option. On the other hand, the new Pearl Black may not be very much available around the world unlike the Blue Coral, which was also recently launched. In this case, the new Pearl Black of Samsung might be exclusively available in South Korea's market for the meantime. Well, the Blue Coral shade has received a great response from its customers. This can be the reason why Pearl Black is also expected to entice smartphone users to purchase one.
Meanwhile, there are reports which say that this new Pearl Black option has no major difference when it will be compared with the Onyx Black shade. This Onyx Black was already launched as one of the Glaxy S7 Edge shades which has a glossy color. It shows fingerprints and smudges very easily. Well, it was also mentioned that a high quality transparent case is needed whenever smartphone user will be purchasing this Black Pearl in the future.
