Google Pixel Vs Apple iPhone 7: What's The Difference?
Apple and Google both has launched a substantially powerful mobile phones line-up this year. Google have launched their Pixel and Pixel XL and on the other side Apple have its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The million dollar question is which is better?
As per IndianExpress the Android king and the best camera ever on a smartphone Google Pixel is getting all sorts of accolades. And on the other side iPhone 7 doesn't really have much of an upgrade, except for maybe the matte black colour option which is gorgeous.
According to GamenGuide experts and spokespersons from both the tech companies will say that their products are the best, but it is consumers who will decide at the end of the day which product is better to pick. Now a days the main selling point of all the mobile devices are their camera setup. So here is the first comparison of Google Pixel adn Apple iPhone 7 on this aspect.
So Apple iPhone 7 has a main shooter of 12 megapixel camera with a f/1.8 aperture, along with face detection auto-focus, and with the optical image stabilization which give a more stable image quality. Two toned quad-LED flash, geo tagging and smile detection and lot more iPhone 7 shoots video at 2160p and 720p.
On the other side, Google Pixel is standing with a 12.3 megapixel rear camera, with af/2.0 aperture, phase detection and laser auto-focus which will gives better focus to the image, on stabilization side Pixel have a great feature of electronic image stabilization, two toned dual LED flash, geo tagging and face detection. The video are shouted in 2160p , 1080p and 720p.
For selfies lovers out there, Google Pixel and Pixel XL had a great 8 megapixel front facing camera with a f/2.4 aperture, whereas the iPhone 7 and 7Plus stand with only 7 megapixel front shooter with a f/2/2 aperture. Google's phone line-up seems to outdo Apple's line-up on this one.
While talking about the designs of both the phone, both offers a stunning premium well build design. The Pixel offers a combination of aluminium and glass with a fingerprint sensor on the rear, while iPhone 7 is all about aluminium and places its fingerprint scanner within the home button as usual. The iPhone 7 is water and dust resistant to IP67, while the Pixel is only IP53, meaning it can not be submerged.
The headphone jack is removed on the iPhone 7 in favour of the lightning only and stereo speakers, while the Pixel has down-firing speakers either side of the USB Type-C port, but it keeps the headphone jack intact at the top. There are no physical buttons on the front of Pixel.
The Google Pixel and the Apple iPhone 7 both feature a quad-core processor under their hoods. The Pixel operates for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with 4GB of RAM support, while on the other side iPhone 7 features Apple's A10 Fusion chip and embedded M10 motion coprocessor and there is 3GB of RAM support.
The Pixel is available in 32GB and 128GB storage options and the iPhone 7 is available in 32GB, 128GB and 256GB options. Neither device offers microSD storage expansion.
Ultimately, the decision between these two devices will come down to which design consumer prefer and which platform consumer prefer. Both are solid in their builds, seamless in their performance and they both have brilliant cameras. Both the companies had worked a lot to put their best output in to one smartphones, so its very dificult to say what to choose.
